Lost Liberty Hotel Lost

David Souter won't be drinking his own vile medicine.

The town of Weare, New Hampshire, rejected a proposal to go after Souter's house with eminent domain so another private party could build something on the site to generate tax dollar for Weare. So the planned "Lost Liberty Hotel" appears to be crashing and burning, and Souter can continue to own his home, unlike certain good citizens of New London, Conn.
