Two On-Line Miers Polls
Prof. Bainbridge's poll is overwhelming anti-Miers: 9% for, 72% against, 20% wait-and-see. His question: What's Your Position on Harriet Miers' Nomination to the SCOTUS?
Instapundit's poll poses a different question -- Should the Harriet Miers nomination be withdrawn? -- and gets very different results: 54% yes, 46% no.
Besides the differences in the questions, the polls have different sample sizes -- basically 9,000 vs. 1,000 -- and Glenn didn't offer a wait and see option. Glenn also draws a more diversified reader base.
I can't wait to see if the hearings move these needles.
