Sac Bee Applies Religious Test

From today's SacBee editorial writers:

While President Bush may wish otherwise, selecting Supreme Court justices for a lifetime appointment is not a "faith-based initiative."

Perhaps they should whip out their Constitution and review what it says about religious tests. Whether or not her Christianity had something to do with the President's personal decision regarding her appointment, it has nothing to do with her consideration by the Senate.

(But it has a lot to do with why I support her.)
