Quote Of The Day: McCain Gang Edition
In this war, there is one overriding question: Where are they? Where are they so we can capture or kill them before they mass-murder us? Where are they so we can disrupt the next attack — the one with hi-tech weapons that could make 9/11 look like a training exercise?
Andrew C. McCarthy
Andrew C. McCarthy
McCarthy continues to make the point that Senators McCain, Graham and Warner are making it more and more difficult to answer those questions.
Mind if I regurgitate my pet peeve one more time? Men who once fought wars to protect America -- Murtha, McCain, Kerry -- won't let us protect America now. They cling to the idea that we're fighting the saem war that they fought, but we're not. McCarthy lays out the differences quite well; it's a good and meaningful read.
