Muslim or Nazi? You decide:

SACRAMENTO A 52-year-old Paradise man has pleaded not guilty to charges that he threatened to blow up or burn down an array of buildings in Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania and California.

Scott Robert Hudson was arrested December 20th and charged with nine counts of making terrorist threats. He was arraigned yesterday in federal court in Sacramento.

His alleged targets include St. Mary's University in Minnesota, the National Museum of American Jewish History in Philadelphia, hotels in New York City and a Jewish synagogue in Southern California.

Hudson is also accused of threatening to kill a rabbi in Long Beach, New York, and threatening to injure an employee at the National Museum of American Jewish History.

Hudson spent 34 months in prison for making similar threats in 2001. (Source)
