Standing Tall For Freedom
Osama bin Laden thought he could destroy America's economy and will by knocking down a few buildings.
We hear a lot of talk about how we underestimated the will of the Islamofascists to fight back against us, but yesterday when they raised the first beam of the Freedom Tower that will replace the WTC, we were all reminded at how grossly bin Laden underestimated our strengths and our convictions.
Some would have us waffle, cower and admit defeat. Some would have us seek appeasement with those who danced in the street as our towers fell.
To them I say, look at the rigid strength of that heavy steel! That is our will! If it takes centuries, like it did with the Islamist Barbary pirates, we will vanquish this enemy.
