Pundits A'Stumblin' On Midterms

I read through the headlines on Real Clear Politics today, and if one thing is clear about the midterm elections, it's that's nothing is clear bout the midterm elections. Check it out:

The tilt is gloomy but the consensus is non-existent. Maybe Dem nastiness and scuzziness will drive the GOP to the polls, maybe it won't. Maybe stark realization of the terror threat will drive sense into the undecideds' minds, maybe it won't.

Maybe the GOP should be developing a solid plan for winning 2008 from a minority position. No harm whatsoever in that!
