Translation, Please

Here's Howard Dean, announcing the Dem's new intensity on immigration:
"The first thing we want is tough border control. We have to do a much better job on our borders than George Bush has done. And then we can go to the policy disagreements about how to get it done."
Let me see ... We're going to do it, then we're going to work out how to do it? Is that something like "We're going to digest it, and then we're going to eat it," or "We'll raise taxes, then we'll figure out how much money we need." (Hmmm, that last one does seem remarkably DNC, doesn't it?)

With high-profile Dems, from Teddy Kennedy in Boston to Antonio Villagarosa in LA siding with illegals, how the Dems will work out their own policy disagreements is beyond me.
