Those Lovely Gitmo Boys

Oh, it's such a horror that we are holding those poor, poor Muslim fellows in Guantanamo. Unless charges are brought, they should be set free. Do I have the drivel right?

Drivel this:

A former Guantanamo prisoner has been arrested in Moscow on charges of blowing up a gas pipeline in Russia's Muslim Tartarstan Repubublic in 2005, Interfax said Thursday.

Ravil Gumarov, Fanis Shaikhutdinov, and Timur Ishmuratov disrupted a gas pipeline in the center of Bugulma, not far from the local Federal Security headquarters, in January 2005, according to the investigators. The explosion caused neither casualties nor serious damage. ...

Gumarov and Ishmuratov were engaged in terrorist groups' activities in Afghanistan and served terms at the Guantanamo base in Cuba with other Taliban and terrorist suspects. Later they were extradited to Russia.

How many times do scum like these have to prove that you can't treat terror war prisoners like common criminals before the Dems, ACLU, UN and other assorted anti-Bushies will understand the truth of this situation?
