Paradise Now Director Confused

There's a good chance Hany Abu-Assad will be adding an Oscar to his bookshelf this weekend, for his film Paradise Now, which portrays two Palestinian suicide bombers as they prep for their attack.

I won't be watching the Oscars and I won't be watching Paradise Now. But I'm glad I read this interview with Abu-Assad in YNet News. He blames Jews, he justifies killing Jews, but no, no, no, he is not an anti-Semite, and if you call him that, you're a racist. And terror bombers don't hate Jews either. And they're not terror bombers, they're anti-terror bombers.

Right. It's a fascinating interview.
