"This moves this very much into a much more controversial nomination."

No it doesn't. We've all known Alito's views on abortion since day one. You either declare yourself as the sort of person who lets the supposed right to kill the unborn be the be all and end all of your political life, or you look at the matter as one issue to weigh in your consideration.

For Babs it's easy. $375,000 vs. $0, money vs. representation.
