Those Intolerant Democrats
Pandering shamelessly to gays is a key platform of the Dem party ... unless a gay is trying to get on that platform.
Brett Wagner is running for California's 24th Congressional District, which stretches through the lovely country north of LA, from Simi Valley to Vandenberg Air Force Base. Ventura County Dem bosses are trying to get him to drop his campaign, and Wagner's saying they want him out because he's gay. He's called for an investigation of Ventura County Dem leadership.
Gee, you'd think with all the love and tolerance they profess, the Dems wouldn't have even noticed Wagner was gay, let alone hold it against him. (source)
