Allah's Revenge?

I don't believe Allah causes tragedies. First, it would be hard for him to, since he doesn't exist. There is only one true God. And second, for those who buy the "God and Allah are the same" line, God doesn't have his hand in specific tragedies; it's just part of living in a fallen world which is, in its entirety, a tragedy from God's perspective.

Nonetheless, plenty of Muslims believe Allah's hand is evident in bad fortune, punishing those he is angry with. What will they make of this, then?
Training camps used by jihadists battling with the Indian army for control of Kashmir were buried by landslides or left in ruins by the earthquake, bringing hope of a new opportunity for peace-making after a 16-year Islamic insurgency.

Almost all groups fighting the Indian army in Kashmir had ''camp offices'' either in Muzafarrabad, the devastated capital of Pakistan-administered Kashmir, or surrounding areas.
