Your NYT/Air America Update
The NYT search is for "air america." The most recent story found is still:
Why is this? Bias, for sure -- but with an editorial excuse, I imagine. Surely, Air America has come up in recent editorial meetings, and when it did someone probably suggested that unless or until charges are brought by Atty. Gen. Spitzer, it would be sensationalistic to cover the story. Heads nod appreciatively, and the story gets spiked.
Of course, it's a wholly inadequate excuse. I seem to recall the NYT providing a lot of coverage of allegations against a certain top advisor to the president, even before the appointed special prosecutor has filed charges against anyone.
