Not In The Name Of Peace

"Don't panic, I'm Islamic" -- that's the message of the Web site Not in the Name of Peace, which promises, "This is going to be the largest Muslim (and non-Muslim) online demonstration against violence, inhumanity and sheer cruelty carried out in the name of Islam - the religion of peace."

Some of the the posts are as lame as those "we're sorry about the war" sites, but there's a much better heart behind these -- especially the ones by Muslims who are sick of they're religion being hijacked, and are obviously grateful for the opportunity to say so in a photo, poem or post.

There are lots of way to fight the war against terrorism, and this site shows how the internet can be a powerful tool.
