When Is Decadent TV OK?

Is decadent TV OK if it drives the mullah's crazy? If it contributes to a drive to reform Islam?

Read this Christian Science Monitor (the other CSM?) story about Tolo TV in Afghanistan and see if you responded like I did. I'm no fan of decadent TV here in the US, but it seems like good policy in Afghanistan.
