A UN report on dictator Robert Mugabe's forced removal of poor thousands citizens, dooming them to, at best, rural poverty, is due out this week. We don't expect much will come of that. We expect less will come of ill-conceived doles for Africa, other than making ultra-capitalist celebrities feel good about their socialist public personae.
