Was Your Service 3.71% Better?

Apparently our federal servants have successfully continued their never-ending committment to improving customer service. From today's WashPost:

The 2005 [federal] pay tables were posted on New Year's Eve, showing that most federal employees in the Washington-Baltimore area will see a raise of 3.71 percent in paychecks issued near the end of the month.
