Cambodian Sex Trade
Nicholas Kristoff's column in yesterday's New York Times, "Cambodia, Where Sex Traffickers are King," is a must-read.
You may have read a week or so ago about how teenage girls were freed from a Cambonian sex-hotel where they were held captive and taken to a shetler, only to be seized in a counter-raid the next day and returned to the hotel.
Kristoff picks up the story, one every bit as sad as the UN sex scandals in the Congo. Whenever society breaks down, the weakest will be hurt most ... and teenage girls are far too often among the weakest.
