DC Area Fires May Not Be ELF's

The Washingonton Times reports that a security guard hired to protect a new tract of homes may be the arsonist who burned down many of those homes, not Earth Liberation Front (ELF). here

ELF has been named by the FBI the most dangerous terrorist group at work in the US. There have been false arrests before in ELF cases, so we'll have to see if the security guard, who appears to have no connections to radical environmental causes, is in fact the perp.
