At Least They're Getting Old

Sandra O'Connor, gone from the court, thank God, recently said that strident Republican partisanship makes it hard for the court to make rulings on issues like gay marriage.

And strident Dem partisanship on issues like abortion doesn't weigh on them at all?

Now Ruth Is- it- Bader- or- Badder? Ginsberg has gone even further:
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said she and former Justice Sandra Day O'Connor have been the targets of death threats from the "irrational fringe" of society, people apparently spurred by Republican criticism of the high court.

Ginsburg revealed in a speech in South Africa last month that she and O'Connor were threatened a year ago by someone who called on the Internet for the immediate "patriotic" killing of the justices.
Some ONE person goes over the edge rhetorically, and suddenly it's the Republican's fault? Oh, please. When is it ever the Dem's fault when some lefty looney rants high and irrational? Never.

Perhaps Ginsberg could find some foreign case to establish precedent to shut up her opponents. I suggest she try the high courts in the Iraq of the Saddam era or the Iran of Mah I'm- in- the- moud- for- Sharia Ahmadinejad (rhymes with "just string up the lad").
