Irrefutable: Dems Are Nutz!
As you read this, remember that the GOP is the fuddy-duddy party, chained to the past. So sez the Dems.
Why is it then, that not one, but two Dems -- Doug Struyk of Council Bluffs Iowa and John Sabini of Bronx, NY -- are the only two electeds in the nation to draft legislation that would outlaw spinners? (h/t Patrick Bedard, Car & Driver)
You know, spinners. The bling wheels made famous by Escalade-driving rappers? Those spinners.
Who else but a Dem would think to regulate individual choice ... in wheels, at least? Why would they do something so silly? Because it bothered a constitutent or two. Both electeds tell the same story, an older constituent or two calling them to say the spinners were disorienting. And we all know that bothering someone is the great sin of the PC, tolerant era.
The two state electeds responded with a chorus of, "Cutting back on government involvement in personal affairs? We don't need no stinking cutting back on government involvement in personal affairs!"
So all you knocked-up 15 year-olds out there, when you drive to the abortionist for a state-funded abortion that your parents know nothing about because that would be government involvement in personal affairs, be sure to go in a car that doesn't have spinners.
