Copyright Battle Prediction True

Michelle Malkin reports this morning (here) that the newspaper in Tulsa has brought a copyright action against Oklahoma blogger Michael Bates. In a post last Sunday, concerned about the possible outfall of the bloggers' take-down of Eason Jordan, I wrote,

"If MSM wants to protect its turf -- and I believe they would like nothing more right now than to squash a couple high-profile, highly bothersome bloggers -- we will see a copyright lawsuit soon."

Yikes. Will MSM follow the Tulsa paper's lead? I think it's inevitable.
