Terrorist or Not, He's Still In Jail

A judge ruled yesterday that OC Muslim fund-raiser Abdel Jabbar Hamdan should stay behind bars. Hamdan raised funds for a charity that helped fund Hamas. Good enough for the judge; good enough for me.
